The Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) at BLKGNIT is a two-year, full-time programme approved by AICTE. Offered by Greater Noida Institute of Management (GNIM) as the PGDM NexGen Leader Programme, it runs over 2 years and 6 semesters (6 Semesters), building advanced managerial competence through case studies, live industry projects, corporate internships, and practical simulations.
Students study core management fundamentals in the first year (Semesters 1, 2, and 3) and choose dual specialisations in the second year (Semesters 4, 5, and 6), such as Finance with Business Analytics or Marketing with HR. A mandatory summer internship, executive guest masterclasses, and industrial visits connect classroom learning directly to corporate leadership.
The campus is in Knowledge Park II, Greater Noida, with seamless connectivity to Delhi NCR. PGDM Programme Curriculum
The two-year PGDM runs over six semesters (6 Semesters). The first year (Semesters 1 to 3) covers core management subjects and analytical foundations. PGDM Eligibility & Admission Process
Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwD candidates). Students in the final year of graduation can apply provisionally.
A valid score in CAT, XAT, MAT or CMAT.
Shortlisted candidates take the written test, Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) conducted by the Admissions Committee. Admission is confirmed after fee payment and document verification.
