Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how applications, cancellations, and refunds are handled at BLKGNIT Group of Institutions. Please read it before you pay any fee, and contact our admissions team if anything is unclear.

1. What this policy covers

It applies to the application fee, registration fee, admission and tuition fees, and other charges paid to BLKGNIT, whether online through our website or in person at the campus. It covers programmes offered by:

GNIT College of Management
GNIT College of Pharmacy
Greater Noida Institute of Management
GNIT (IPU Campus)

2. Applying online

Applying online is required for every programme we offer.
Fields marked with an asterisk (*) must be filled in before you can submit the form.
Your registered email ID and mobile number cannot be changed after registration. You can update your alternate email ID and alternate number.
You can upload your documents only after the application fee has been paid.
Upload clear scanned copies of your documents through the application form.
A payment receipt is sent to your registered email ID once the payment is successful.

3. Application form fee

The application form fee is non-refundable once it has been paid, whether or not the applicant is later offered admission.

Important: Please ensure eligibility criteria are verified before proceeding with application fee payment, as the registration fee is strictly non-refundable.

4. How to cancel an admission

To cancel, send a written request from your registered email address to [email protected].

Required Request Details:

  1. Applicant's full name as per application record
  2. Application / Registration Number
  3. Programme applied for or enrolled in
  4. Specific reason for cancellation
  5. Attached copy of original payment receipt

Note: The date we receive your complete request with all required attachments is treated as the official cancellation date.

5. Refund of admission and tuition fees

Refunds follow the rules of the regulator and university linked to your programme (AICTE, PCI, GGSIPU, AKTU, or the relevant state authority) along with the institute's own policy.

The following are not refunded: the application form fee, any processing charge, and fees already paid to the regulatory university or examination body.

Regulatory Compliance: All applicable refunds are calculated as per AICTE / UGC statutory refund guidelines and processed via the designated banking channel to the original applicant or sponsor account.

6. Return of original documents

If you cancel your admission, your original documents will be returned once any dues are cleared and the cancellation is approved.

7. Failed or duplicate payments

If money has left your account but the payment shows as failed, or if you have paid twice for the same fee, please wait a few working days, as banks often reverse such amounts automatically.

If it does not return, email [email protected] with your application number, transaction ID, payment date, and a screenshot or bank statement, and we will help you trace it.
